We hope you love your Salterra Haus piece. If something isn't quite right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit, provided items are unused and in original condition with packaging.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Sale items are final and cannot be returned.

Pre-order items are final and not eligible for change of mind return.

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days and we will arrange a replacement, refund or store credit.

We currently ship Australia wide via trusted delivery partners. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Local Pickup

Local pick up from our Brighton, South Australia boutique may be available for selected orders on request.

From time to time, selected pieces may be available for pre-order. Estimated dispatch timeframes will be noted within the product description. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be shipped together once all items are available.
