Pre-Order Items
From time to time, selected pieces may be available for pre-order. Estimated dispatch timeframes will be noted within the product description. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be shipped together once all items are available.
Delivery information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly, as Salterra Haus cannot be responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect delivery information.
We hope you love your Salterra Haus piece. If something isn't quite right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit, provided items are unused and in original condition with packaging.

Pre-order items are final and not eligible for change of mind return.
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days and we will arrange a replacement, refund or store credit.
